At SGS Technologies, we have more than 9 years of experience in manufacturing wire harnesses. We have a production area of more than 200 square meters on which we process both wire and cable.

Our machinery includes:

• Komax Gamma 255 is a fully automatic crimping machine for wires up to max. Ø3.7mm without marking, with the option of tinning both ends
• Komax Gamma 263S is a fully automatic crimping machine for wires up to max. Ø3.7mm with the option of ink printing
• Komax Kappa 330 is a cutting and stripping machine for diameters from Ø1.0mm to Ø15mm. Max. cutting cross-section 35mm²
• Komax Mira 340 is a programmable rotary stripping machine for max. Ø 5.7mm
• Crimping device for loose ferrules CF1000
• GLW CS60 - stripping device
• GLW LC100 - cutting machine for conductors/wires (for buzzers) up to max. Ø8.0mm
• Unistrip 2100 - stripping device
• GLW EC65 - crimping device
