2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, email, company, message) and through our job application form (name, email, phone, CV, cover letter, and any information you include in your application). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate regarding potential cooperation. Job application data is used to evaluate your candidacy for the position applied for, and may be retained to consider you for future suitable roles. We do not sell your data. We share data with the following processors only: Formspree Inc. (contact form transmission) and Forminit (job application form transmission). Both act as data processors under a data processing agreement.
4. Legal Basis
Contact enquiries: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to business enquiries.
Job applications: pre-contractual measures at the applicant's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you consent to retention for future roles, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Data Retention
Contact enquiries: retained for up to 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
Job applications: retained for up to 6 months after the recruitment process concludes. If we wish to keep your application on file for future roles, we will ask for your explicit consent. Applications not resulting in employment are securely deleted after this period.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. Contact us at info@sgstech.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Cookies
This website uses only a single functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS via our third-party processors.
9. International Transfers
Formspree Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Forminit processes data within the EEA.
